• Plazma biscuits (about 27 pieces)
• 1 chocolate pudding
• 120 g of sugar
• 50 g of starch
• 1 teaspoon of cocoa
• 1 l of milk
• 150 g of cooking chocolate
• 150 g of butter
• 2 dl of milk for soaking biscuits
Cover the mould (30 cm x 12 cm) with aluminium foil. Combine the dry ingredients and stir into 1 dl of cold milk. Pour over with the remaining milk and cook on low heat for a few minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in the chocolate and butter.
Put a third of the hot cream into the mould, arrange the biscuits soaked in milk and repeat the procedure two more times.
Cool the cake in the refrigerator for a few hours, remove from the mould and decorate with cream and fruit.
